Ultra, Shell and Questar have voluntarily created an alliance to offer a long-term development plan for the Pinedale Anticline field focused on balancing resources to efficiently develop the energy while minimizing effects on the environment and communities.

The Operators developed a mitigation plan with the expertise of the Wyoming Game & Fish (WGF) and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ). The Operators refined the commitments to mitigation by listening to public comments made during the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement process.
