Monitoring Air Quality

Ultra, Shell and QEP Energy are working with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) to fund ongoing studies to better understand specifically what causes ozone to form in the Pinedale area during winter months, as well as air quality issues in general.

Our commitment to air quality is getting noticed nationally. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) recognized Ultra, Shell and QEP Energy's work in the PAPA by awarding us with its Responsible Stewardship of Air Resources award.
